Have you checked the power supply? Do you own a mulitmeter? Have you tried the reset button? Sorry i shot so many questions, but those are the simplest and quickest troubleshooting things I can think of. Let me know how it goes. Thanks

i've encountered a similar problem that Heather has. My unit has worked flawlessly up until the last few weeks. slowly i noticed i had less of a signal, then all of a sudden i got the message no connection. on top of that my sch1 unit no longer has a light of any kind.

Heather,
I would reconnect everything. Unplug the Sirius Connect unit...wait about 30 secs and plug it back in. Unplug the power to both the Sirius unit and the RCA unit for 30secs as well. Then plug everything back together. If you are still getting the same error message please email me at josh@tss-radio.com and I will take a look further, but I feel pretty confident that this should work. Thanks for Reading!

I received the RCA for Christmas 06 and have been enjoying Sirius in my office ever since. However, a couple of weeks ago (it's now May 08) the system was unable to access Sirius -- when I turn the "source" to Sirius, it searches and then says "no connection." I called Sirius and they said their is nothing wrong with my service. Any thoughts on whether this is an antenna problem or an RCA problem?
