If you have not heard of the Ford Sync system here’s a little breakdown of the features and advantages of this in-vehicle system.

Only Available in Ford, Lincoln, Mercury vehicles, the Sync is integrated into the vehicle and can control or manage a host of convenience devices such as:

• Bluetooth enabled Cell Phone
• SIRIUS Satellite Radio
• Apple iPod
• Traffic, Weather, and News information
• Microsoft Zune

By Adding the SIRIUS Travel Link service, you get access to Real-Time Traffic, Full Weather Forecast, local gas station prices, Movie show times and Sport Scores from around the country.

The Sync system is voice-activated and controls many of the basic components in past vehicles.

Coming in 2008 Ford will be offering a E911 emergency system that alerts local authorities on the event of the airbags being deployed.  Also the car will be able to a system diagnostic check from a simple command, keeping you on top of routine and preventative maintenance.

If you have a late-model Ford be sure to check with your dealer to see if the Ford Sync is available.

The New Ford Sync system will be on the minds of many American Auto buyers this year and years to come.

In terms of price this one is a winner, its cost/effective allure makes it a favorite with SIRIUS fans everywhere.

Pixel Technologies PRO-500

This antenna is a non-stop workaholic. If you have any trouble getting a SIRIUS Signal where you live, this is the antenna for you. It is built from high-quality materials and is designed to withstand even the most punishing elements. In some cases this antenna has been proved to retain signal in areas of Central and South America. So if you are having trouble getting a SIRIUS signal, this is the SIRIUS Home Antenna for you.

SIRIUS Mobile Antenna Dot Micro

This is a magnetic vehicle antenna that is designed to have a slim form and high signal gain.

Directed Electronics Replacement Car Antenna

This also is a magnetic antenna, this is a common antenna with some of the older car kits and receivers, but does have the standard connection to fit the newer receivers.

SIRIUS Truck Antenna

This antenna is a hard mounted antenna, that is designed for semi-rig machinery, or heavy duty truck.  It comes with an easily removable cable, in case you have a run in with tree branches or other obstructions.

SIRIUS 50ft Extension Cable

      This is a standard extension for any SIRIUS Antenna to work with any SIRIUS Satellite Radio docking station or boombox.

 SIRIUS Echo Signal Repeater System WRS1

          This little wonder is worth its weight in gold. This kit allows you to use your SIRIUS Radio in one room and have your SIRIUS Antenna in another. It will wireless send the SIRIUS Satellite Signal up to 75ft, this will not however let you use your Stiletto on that frequency.

SIRIUS Home Signal Distribution Kit

         The SIRIUS Home Signal Distribution Kit allows you to split the signal from the included  Antenna to TWO different SIRIUS Satellite Radio receivers. This kit will require RG-6 cable purchased separately to allow for proper lengths for your application.

If you are thinking of buying a SIRIUS Satellite Radio as a gift for someone, here are a few things to keep in mind.

First off think about the primary use that the radio will be used for:
SIRIUS Portable-like a walkman,where someone can listen to LIVE SIRIUS Radio walking around using headphones.

SIRIUS In-Dash Car-if you know the person does not like cords and cables the in-dash SIRIUS is the best way to go, where everything runs through the car stereo with no visible signs of a SIRIUS tuner.

SIRIUS Dock and Play-if you like the convenience of taking SIRIUS from Car to Home, a Dock and Play radio is the way to go. With an additional car or home kit you can put a Dock and Play radio in a car, home, or even a boat!

Component SIRIUS Home Tuner-if the person you are buying for loves their home stereo a SIRIUS home tuner is the way to go. The SRH-1000 or an SCH1 will integrate with an existing home stereo be sure to refer to the descriptions or email me at Josh from TSS-Radio if you have an questions.

Some Accessories to think about

SIRIUS Cases- to help protect and keep your SIRIUS radio from any accidents a case is the way to go. If you are moving your radio from car to home or if you have a Stiletto Series radio ,then getting a case for your radio is solid investment in the future of you radio.

SIRIUS Memory card- for your Stiletto 2. You can add up to 16gb of MP3s to your Stiletto so that your music selection never ends.Also loading up a memory card will keep all those songs off the internal memory of your stiletto keeping it running as fast as the day you bought it.

SIRIUS VSM or Vehicle Specific Mount- these will allow a dock and play radio to be mounted on the dash and no longer have to use the suction cup or vent mounts. Most people find that this small investment is very worth it, because the mount is hard mounted and will not shake or move while the car is moving, so you can see the SIRIUS more clearly.

SIRIUS Boombox- a boombox is a great gift. It gives someone with a Dock and Play radio the freedom to move the radio throughout the home,yard, or beyond. Most boomboxes can run off batteries, which allows you to take SIRIUS anywhere you go!

When you see an out-of-stock red button on our website, there are a couple of reasons that it is unavailable.

Reason 1. In the case of the Stiletto 2 Headphones or Sportster 5 , these items are just temporarily out-of-stock. This means that the manufacturer or distributor has not received a shipment or that we ordered too few and sold out. Using the Link below the out-of-stock button on the product page, “Click Here to Join the Notification List“, is a great way to be notified when a product is received, same day!

Reason 2. In the case of the Stiletto Home Kit SLH1 or Sirius S50 , these items have been discontinued and will not be available again. In rare instances, we may receive a small batch or refurbished items, in which case getting on the Notify List by clicking the blue link on the product page is the best way to be notified if we get them in. In some cases also we put a link in the description to a product that may act as a replacement, like the SCH1p1.

In any case get on the Notify List or Call/Email and ask to be placed on the Notify List. This is the only way you can be updated on the status of a product or given a replacement suggestion.
