If you hear excessive static or find the need to constantly change FM stations as you listen to your SIRIUS Satellite Radio while driving, the FM Direct Adapter can be an easy, cost-effective solution. It directly connects to the the FM output on most Sirius car docks to the FM antenna of your vehicle. As a result, nearly all static is eliminated.
Installation does require removal of the stereo head unit.
NOTE: The FM DIRECT ADAPTER will disable your ability to listen to FM/AM stations while your Sirius receiver is 'turned on'. You MUST TURN OFF your Sirius receiver to listen to local FM/AM stations.
This is the same unit as the FMDA25 found Here. The only differences between the two are this part comes in our packaging and does not include instructions.
