Pro Fit International Vehicle Specific Mounts are made specifically to fit each vehicle. They use existing dash fittings so there is no need to alter the interior of your vehicle and they blend in well for a much cleaner and more finished look. The picture above shows where it installs in your car and included below are the installation instructions to give you an idea of how difficult it is to install into your vehicle (also, the pdf manual is available above by clicking on the pdf icon). On some cars the VSM can be easily installed without tools in a few minutes, in some cars it requires more effort.



We highly recommend using the Pro-Fit Easy Swivel in addition to the mount for clearance and tilting.

TOOLS REQUIRED: 8mm socket & driver, Mercedes/Audi DIN tool ( PRO.FIT part# DM-20-22 ),
one protective cloth, hook tool.
PARTS INCLUDED: Pro.Fit VSM®, instructions.
LOCATION: To the right of the radio.
STEP 1. Begin by removing the bezel that surrounds the radio and cli-
mate control. Open the ashtray door. Insert the hook tool underneath the
bezel in the lower right corner and hook the bezel from behind.
Carefully pull toward you to release the lower right clip. Perform this
same action in the lower middle section and lower left corner of the
bezel releasing the lower middle clip and lower left clip. Insert the hook
in the upper right corner of the climate control. Carefully pull toward
you to release middle right clip. Perform this same action in the upper
left corner of the climate control releasing the left middle clip. NOTE:
Do not try to remove the top clips until performing STEP 2 below.
STEP 2. Insert the Mercedes/Audi DIN tools into the slots on the face
of the radio. Carefully slide the radio out of its cavity and set it on a pro-
tective cloth on the center console. NOTE: Do not disconnect the
radio. Insert the hook tool in the top right corner of the bezel opening
for the radio. Carefully pull toward you to release the top right clip.
Perform this same action in the top middle and the top left corner of the
bezel releasing the middle top clip and left top clip. Once the bezel is
loose, carefully slide it over the radio to remove. Set the bezel aside.
STEP 3. Locate a 8mm hex head screw below and to the right of the
radio. Remove that screw with the 8mm socket and driver. Place the slot
in the Pro.Fit VSM® over this screw hole. Insert the 8mm factory
screw and tighten.
STEP 4. Re-assemble the dash in reverse order securing the radio and
all eight clips for the bezel. Install the phone holder onto the Pro.Fit
VSM®.
