Pro Fit International Vehicle Specific Mounts are made specifically to fit each vehicle. They use existing dash fittings so there is no need to alter the interior of your vehicle and they blend in well for a much cleaner and more finished look. The picture above shows where it installs in your car and included below are the installation instructions to give you an idea of how difficult it is to install into your vehicle (also, the pdf manual is available above by clicking on the pdf icon). On some cars the VSM can be easily installed without tools in a few minutes, in some cars it requires more effort.
We highly recommend using the Pro-Fit Easy Swivel in addition to the mount for clearance and tilting.
TOOLS REQUIRED: #2 Phillips screwdriver, telescoping magnet.
PARTS INCLUDED: Pro.Fit VSMTM, instructions.
LOCATION: To the right of the radio and climate control.
STEP 1.
Begin by mounting the hang-up cup onto the Pro.Fit VSMTM.
STEP 2.
Remove trim bezel surrounding climate control and radio by
grasping the pocket at the bottom of bezel and pulling to release
clips. A total of four (4) clips will be released.
STEP 3.
The Pro.Fit VSMTM will be mounted using the screw holding the
radio bracket (upper right corner of radio) to the dash, and the
screw that is located to the right and above the radio. Remove
lower screw using Phillips screwdriver and small telescoping
magnet. Remove the top screw using Phillips screwdriver. Place
screw through lower hole in mount and re-attach screw. Do not
tighten completely. Insert top screw through hole in mount and
tighten. Tighten bottom screw.
STEP 4. Replace trim bezel.
