The Sony CPA-9A will connect from the line out or headphone jack of your SIRIUS XM Radio.

Q: How do I connect the cassette adapter to my Sirius receiver?
A: The cassette adapter should be plugged into the Aux out or Audio Out that will be found on the back of most Sirius docking stations. In some older receivers this will be found directly on the receiver.
