Returns and Exchange Information
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date, (60 days when purchased between Nov 10th and Dec 24th).
You MUST email email@example.com or call 1-312-846-6606 to request a return before sending it to us. Within the email or call make sure you let us know why you are returning the item. When returning, please remember the following:
- Please include all accessories - manuals, remotes, antenna tails, etc.
- Returns must include the original packaging
- Returns not in Like New condition will be subject to a 10% restocking fee
Please ensure returns are placed in packaging that provides adequate protection from theft and damage. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item is defective. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a written description of the reason for the return (and notice of whether you desire a refund or replacement).
When sending back your return we recommend sending an item with either a tracking number or a delivery confirmation number to insure it safely arrives. When we receive it we will refund the credit card that it was initially charged on. Keep in mind that the credit card companies can take up to 5-15 business days to fully process the refund before it shows up on your statement.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Restocking Fees (effective 04/15/2013):
If you are simply returning new products with all their packaging within 30 Days of Purchase we have NO Restocking fee. However we do charge a restocking fee for the following:
- Missing Packaging 10% Restocking fee
- Returned past 30 Days 10% Restocking fee
- Missing Parts 10% Restocking fee
The restocking fee is per situation and is combined. For instance, if the return is missing packaging and missing parts, it would be a 20% restock fee.
We absolutely cannot accept returns past 90 Days.
If you are returning an item from Canada, for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us as well as the cost of shipping the replacement item (if a replacement item is needed).
