Returns and Exchanges
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 45 days of the shipment date (Effective 11/15/2015).

Please ensure returns are placed in packaging that provides adequate protection from theft and damage. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item is defective. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a written description of the reason for the return (and notice of whether you desire a refund or replacement).
When sending back your return we recommend sending an item with either a tracking number or a delivery confirmation number to insure it safely arrives. When we receive it we will refund the credit card that it was initially charged on. Keep in mind that the credit card companies can take up to 5-15 business days to fully process the refund before it shows up on your statement.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
If you are simply returning new products with all their packaging within 45 Days of Purchase we have NO Restocking fee. However we do charge a restocking fee for the following:
The restocking fee is per situation and is combined. For instance, if the return is missing packaging and missing parts, it would be a 20% restock fee.
We absolutely cannot accept returns past 90 Days.
If you are returning an item from Canada, for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us as well as the cost of shipping the replacement item (if a replacement item is needed).
