The SIRIUS Mobile Antenna Dot Micro is the same High Gain Antenna that is included with most of the current SIRIUS Radio Kits. The Dot Micro's number one advantage over most other SIRIUS vehicle antennas is that it has higher gain, and therefore gets better reception. These Antennas are brand new, and come packed in TSS-Radio sealed bags.

This car antenna works with all single input SIRIUS Car Radios. Single input SIRIUS Satellite Radios have one round antenna jack, vs. some older models which have two square antenna inputs.

Q: I had a regular, square SIRIUS Car antenna. What is different about the Dot Micro antenna?
A: The real differences between the original SIRIUS Car Antennas and the newer Dot Micro Antennas are the shape and the gain. The Dot Micro is round and has a much lower profile. It also has the highest gain of any Sirius Car Antenna.

Q: Will the SIRIUS Mobile Dot Micro Antenna work with my receiver?
A: The SIRIUS Mobile Dot Micro Antenna will work with most SIRIUS receivers. It will not work with receivers that use the older style Fakra connectors.

Q: Can I mount the SIRIUS Antenna Mobile Dot Micro on the inside of my cars windshield?
A: Yes you can mount the SIRIUS Mobile Dot Micro Antenna on the inside of your windshield, but it may affect your reception. You will have to devise your own way of mounting it due to the fact that it is a magnetic mount antenna.

Q: Why did my old SIRIUS Car Antenna break?
A: Many times SIRIUS Car Antenna's cables will break at the end points. This is especially true if you move your antenna from vehicle to vehicle. Repeatedly bending the cable will eventually lead to breaks in the wire. We recommend that you have separate antenna for each of your vehicles.

Q: What is the difference between the 3 different SIRIUS Dot Micro Antennas that TSS-Radio sells?
A: The difference between the SIRIUS Dot Micro Antenna, Open Dot Micro Antenna, and Mobile Dot Micro Antennas is packaging. The Dot Micro antenna comes packed in a plastic clam shell package with directions and a rubber tail. The Mobile Dot Micro comes packaged in a bag with the rubber tail and directions from the factory. Lastly, the Open Dot Micro is the same antenna as the two above, only taken from an open car or receiver kit by TSS-Radio. This comes with just the antenna and rubber tail, no directions or packaging.

Q: My antenna cable is broken. Can I have it fixed?
A: No, these cables cannot be spliced or repaired after being broken. The cost of repairing one of these cables will be far more expensive than purchasing a new one.

Q: Does this antenna include the rubber tail?
A: Yes, all vehicle magnetic antennas we sell come with the rubber tail unless otherwise noted.

Q: How does the SIRIUS Dot Micro Antenna mount on my vehicle?
A: The SIRIUS Dot Micro Antenna mounts on any vehicle using a magnetic mount.
