Q: Will this antenna work with my receiver?
A: The Directed Electronics Replacement Car Antenna has a right angle SMB connector that will work with most receivers. Some older receivers will require a Fakra Connector that looks like .

Q: How does this antenna mount to my vehicle?
A: This antenna mounts magnetically to the trunk or roof of your vehicle.

Q: Can I place this antenna inside the windshield of my vehicle?
A: Yes you can mount this antenna on your windshield, but this may affect your reception. Also, you will need to devise a way of mounting it.

Q: Does this antenna include the rubber tail?
A: Yes, all of our car antennas include a rubber tail unless otherwise noted.

Q: Why did my old antenna break?
A: Many times antenna's cables will break at the end points. This is especially true if you move your antenna from vehicle to vehicle. Repeatedly bending the cable will eventually lead to breaks in the wire. We recommend that you have separate antenna for each of your vehicles.

Q: Can I splice and repair the cable on my broken SIRIUS Car Antenna?
A: No, the cables on SIRIUS Antennas cannot be spliced or repaired. The cost of having one repaired would also exceed the price of a new one.
