What should I expect when I call?

What should I expect when I call?

First, we will find out what product you have and what condition it's in. Then we'll ask what price you expect to sell it for. Finally, we will ask for your contact information so we can get in touch when we find a buyer.

First we will check to see if the product you are looking for is available for sale via one of our sellers. If not, we will take your name and contact info as well as the part information.

What happens when you find a buyer?

Once we find someone who might be interested in your product, we will get in touch with you to see if you are still interested. If yes, then we will send you a return label. Simply package the product and affix the shipping label and drop it off at your local FedEx.

When we find someone with a part that matches the part you are looking for, we will first contact the buyer. If they are still interested in selling, we will get in touch with you to see if you are still interested in buying. If so we will issue a call tag for the product. Once we get it, we will confirm the condition and send it off to you.

We asses the value of the item. If the condition is as stated we will collect payment from the buyer and pass it along to you.

Buyback Program Policies and Procedures:

  • There is no guarantee that we will find a buyer for your product or a seller for the product you are looking for.
  • We will issue a call tag for all products we are facilitating the sale of. You have 30 business days to send the product to us before we consider the transaction cancelled.
  • If we receive the product in a condition lesser than the one stated, we reserve the right to reevaluate the price of the radio. Should we consider the requested price to be too high, we will confirm with both parties any price changes before continuing with the transaction.
  • TSS Radio will issue a call tag to get the product. The buyer and seller are responsible for all other shipping costs.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30-days to return it to us in similar condition for a refund.
