Buyback Program Policies and Procedures:
- If you have one of the items on this list, call TSS-Radio at 312-846-6606 and we will happily discuss either an outright sale or trade in for credit towards a new purchase.
- We will assess the condition of your radio, boombox, or accessories and give you a rough estimate of what to expect for payment or credit. If you are making a purchase with us that day, we will notate the incoming buyback item on your order and refund that amount to your card after we inspect the item. If you are making an outright sale, we will issue a check to you for that amount. Credits and checks will be processed and typically sent within 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your item(s).
- Print out the form below and mark the item thats coming in along with it's condition. Sign and date the form and include it in the package when you ship the item to us. Please make certain to insure your shipment. We also reccommend using a service that provides a tracking number and notice of delivery. TSS-Radio will not be held responsible for any shipment lost or damaged en route to us.
- Upon delivery, we will inspect the item to verify it's condition. We will then contact you to notify you of the amount we will offer in credit or payment.
- You may opt to decline a buyback at any point until a refund or check has been issued. Please know that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees in this case.
- The Item Conditions outlined above follow an easy guideline:
- New: Unopened, sealed items.
- Used: Radios, boomboxes and accessories in good working condition that include all necessary components, and are free of most visible signs of use. For example, we will accept radios with light scuffs or a scratch on the screen. We will not buy in radios with broken or missing buttons
