The Sirius Sportster 3 and 4 radios will only work with SUPV (car), SUPH (home) and SUBX1 (boombox) docks. This is an easy radio for Many of the newer Sirius radios (Stratus 7, Starmate 8) are compatible with these docks. We recommend a Mounting Plate to ensure the radio fits snug in the docks.

These two radios are slightly thicker than the "universal" radios (such as Sportster 5, Starmate 8) and requires the SUPV for car usage.

These were the first 5-volt-based Sirius radios. Previous Sirius radios were 12 volts.

The Sportster 4 features up to 44 minutes of pause/rewind playback. Meanwhile, the Sportster 3 does not offer any playback options. Both radios have built-in FM transmitter and can store 30 presets.

Please Note: The Sportster 3 and 4 are not compatible with the modern "PowerConnect" docks and power adapters.
