If you believe an item to be defective within the first 30 days of purchase, please call us at or email us sales@tss-radio.com with details of the issue. We have found that it is extremely rare for items to be defective out of the box and the vast majority of issues can be solved through troubleshooting. In the event that the item is determined to be defective within the first 30 days of purchase, we will send a replacement and a return label (if deemed necessary) for the defective parts. If we are unable to send a replacement (no inventory, unique item, etc.) we will send you a return label (if deemed necessary) and refund you the cost of the purchase in full upon receipt.
Most of the products we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties that are outlined in detail in the product documentation and can be returned if defective. Contact us via phone or email and we will provide you with instructions you need to return the product to the manufacturer. Note for Canadian customers - many manufacturers will not accept warranty items from Canada. In that case, we are willing to help facilitate the return to the manufacturer from our location in the U.S. - but you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Most reputable car installers will guarantee their work. Always make sure they won't charge you extra to reinstall a working item if the original is determined to be defective during the initial install.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage that you, or a third party installation company, may do to your vehicle or home while installing a product purchased from TSS-Radio.
